I received the following question on this video:
- When you begin this phase, do you draft it then socialize it to gain support, or do you bring “the right people” in to add their voices first?
- I replied that you should first establish a Business Continuity Steering Group with a Business Continuity Champion from each department. I would present the strategy here first, then escalate it to Top Management for approval.
